Please contact the online retailer that sold you the book to arrange a refund. Please then contact us to tell us which book it was, so we can check the file and replace it, if necessary.
As you can imagine, we can’t get the books onto every platform. That would be impossible. However, we do try our best, so send us an email and tell us which platform you would like to see it on.
Send the book to O’Neill Media, Postfach 9301, 97093 Würzburg, Germany. We will arrange a signed copy and send the book back to you. However, you must provide postage costs.
Due to legal reasons, we cannot receive story ideas from third-parties.
